Last week was the first stretch of spring weather that finally dispatched the persistent snow.

Taking full advantage, these tasks were completed:

Built base to compost pile

Leveled out and placed two 300 gallon tanks at final location at corner of barns in anticipation of gutter installation

Started building third tier of garden bed

Finished installing hardware cloth and roofing on brooder roof

Drove steel t posts and installed insulators for permanent pig pen attached to barn

Drove steel t posts in around garden bed

Picked up two complete beehives

A lot was accomplished! Any of the tasks that warrent a separate post will be completed in the future!
