Garden backup plan in case any plantings fail

Simple, if any plants fail to germinate, succumb to pests or fail for any other reason, I simple plant economically viable flowers to be sold as fresh bouquets at the farmers market. Both domesticated flowers like lavender or sunflowers as well as wildflowers will be planted.

My back up back up plan if flowers don’t sell: let the flowers go to seed and feed the bees plus provide material for composting! I could even mix in some open pollinated grain crops for fodder or just to provide organic matter for composting if the manual harvesting proves to be too labor-intensive.
